One of the first questions I get when someone inquires about a session is, “How many photos will I get back?”
My answer is always the same: my rates stay flat, and the amount pictures you get in return are based on how much fun we have. I’ve been blessed with an amazing full-time career, which means photography gets to stay what it has always been for me. a hobby that I genuinely love. It’s not about squeezing every dollar out of a session or putting a price tag on every image. It’s about watching families laugh so hard they can’t catch their breath. It’s about seeing parents make memories with their children that they’ll look back on years from now. It’s about meeting incredible people and getting to witness their joy through my camera lens. The best part isn’t getting paid. It’s receiving the messages after galleries are delivered. It’s hearing that a photo made someone cry happy tears, brought back a memory, or captured a moment they didn’t even realize was happening. Your memories aren’t a price tag to me. They never will be.
I believe everyone deserves beautiful photos without feeling like they have to empty their wallet to get them. That’s why Kirby Lens will always strive to be affordable, go above and beyond, and most importantly, be a fun experience from start to finish.
Because at the end of the day, I’m not just taking pictures. I’m helping preserve moments that can never be recreated. I spent the afternoon nearly crying from laughter with this family that were complete strangers to me 4 hours ago. This mama received over 60 photos from me of her family that she can hold onto forever. Not because of how much she paid me, but because we had FUN
