On this day, April 8, 1971, I was inducted into the US Army taking the following Oath.

"I, Victror Youngblood, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,: that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice, So help me God".

I made a committemt to myself that I would be the very best soldier I possible could be. There were times I thought I may die however, through the Grace of God, I made it thourgh my 6 year committment alive, closer to God, closer to my family, closer to loving my country and fellow man.

Another Priceless Family Heirloom saved.

Often I am contacted by a person finding the only copy of a family heirloom photograph that has been damaged in storage. This was the case here, very bad water damage.

In order to repair digitally, I photographed the picture with a high resolution camera. Digitally seperated the new photograph into mulitpul layers. repairing each layer then merging all the layers back together. This process can be timely however the results are usually exceptional.

Another Red Picture Saved !

This picture was taken in the early 1970's and as many of the portraitures of that time period, the printing process tends to fade to RED and will completely distroy the picture.
