Introducing: Our Son Orin ♥️

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined how blessed I could be. Our sweet Ori is the most perfect little angel to ever exist and we love him with all our hearts. Every day with him is the best day. I truly can’t believe I’m lucky enough to be his mama. He’s full of smiles, super chill, very smart, and a great sleeper. He’s my tiny bestie and he makes life so incredibly joyful. The road to him was so long and so hard, but I would go through it a million more times for him. I would cross the universe and back for him. My whole heart. My sweet boy. I know now that it was always meant to be him ♥️

A special thank you to my amazing mentors and friends, the most talented newborn photographers I know, and for capturing our beautiful boy’s newborn portraits and our first portraits together as a family of three. I will cherish them forever and ever. I love you both ♥️

And thank you to all of our family, friends, and all of my wonderful clients for all your love, support, and encouragement over the years. We finally made it through the storm 🌈

WE ARE HAVING A BABY, YA’LL! Our little miracle will be here any day now and we are still pinching ourselves as if it’s all a dream! We feel so incredibly blessed. My pregnancy has been the most joyous time in our lives and we absolutely cannot wait to meet our sweet BOY soon! 💙

I know I’ve been MIA from Instagram, but I wanted to make sure to share this amazing update with all of my pals here - clients, friends, fellow photographers, ALL of you - because you all have been so wonderful throughout our long and difficult journey to become parents. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of the prayers, encouragement, kind messages, and support each one of you has offered me along the way. It really helped keep me going when the storm clouds were so heavy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

There were many times I feared we would never get here. We went through years of infertility, a grueling year of IVF, and four devastating losses before we were blessed with our little guy sticking around. He was our FOURTH AA euploid transfer (!!!) and the ONLY embryo that made it from our third egg retrieval - the little embryo that could, defying the odds from start to finish!

Now that our rainbow is finally joining us, I’ll be taking some time away from Angela O’Malley Photography for an extended maternity leave to fully enjoy this new chapter with my little family. But I’ll be back! Capturing your families’ most precious memories brings me so much joy, so I won’t be able to stay away too long. In the meantime, I leave you in great hands! I recommend reaching out to the incredibly talented - she will take great care of you, just as she took great care of US!

I will cherish these maternity portraits Haili took of my husband and I for the rest of my life. My entire experience working with her was truly wonderful. Her work speaks for itself, but WOW! I was still not prepared for how gorgeous our portraits would be - they absolutely exceeded my expectations and literally brought me to tears. I’m so grateful I entrusted her with documenting this very special time in our lives and I know you will be, too!

Currently booking Maternity Portrait Sessions through May. Maternity portraits are best captured between 28 and 32 weeks. The Studio’s Calendar typically books out a month or two in advance, so it’s always recommended you reach out with plenty of notice in order to help ensure we have availability remaining to accommodate your session - especially if you’re wanting a weekend opening. Newborn Sessions are pre-booked BEFORE birth. Your Due Date acts as your placeholder in our calendar and then we confirm our official session date once baby is born - which will take place within the first 2-3 weeks after birth. Attention Girl Mamas: THIS is your sign to request the color purple for your little lady’s Newborn Portrait Session! Gahhh, this color is sooo beautiful, isn’t it? 💜 And, of course, this little lady just couldn’t be prettier!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO 👇

Did you know that Newborn Portrait Sessions are pre-booked BEFORE birth? And, no, you don’t have to know exactly when baby will be born to book your session!

We use your baby’s Due Date as your placeholder in the Studio’s Calendar and then confirm our official session date once baby is born. Newborn Portrait Sessions are scheduled to take place during a very short window of time - the first two to three weeks after birth.

Since these sessions are time-sensitive, the only way to guarantee we are able to fit you in is by pre-booking your session, as last-minute availability is extremely rare. Only 10 newborn bookings are accepted per calendar month and these limited spots fill quickly - typically at least 2 months in advance.

Pre-booking you baby’s session allows you flexibility in scheduling based on whenever your little one ends up arriving - early, on-time, or late! Think of it as on-call, in a way! Sadly, we end up having to turn away multiple families every week because they weren’t aware they had to reserve their spot in advance and we therefore have no availability to offer them once they reach out.
