Who I Am
A creative, fun-loving, gal with a smile on my face {usually} and a baby cooking in my tummy {I’m due Feb 2015}! My love for photography has followed me all over the country (with clients in Los Angeles, San Antonio & Austin). I have over 12 years of experience shooting everything from weddings to newborns to models to families. I learned photography in a dark room {back in the old days},
which is fun to say. I believe in offering my clients the best service and experience possible and humbly appreciate all my repeat and referring clients. I love Austin (especially my SOLA neighborhood). Love my pit mix, Bailey. Interior design. Antique shops. Thrifting. DIY projects. Jewelry-making. If it takes a little creativity/vision, it’s likely right up my alley. Love my man, Jon, an amazing musician and UX designer (we totally share the creative gene, which is fun!). And {obviously} I love photography. Not only that…but I love sharing my passion for photography with {new} friends & clients like you! How I Work
We are going to have fun! While portrait sessions can seem stressful, it is my number one goal to make sure we stay relaxed, playful and natural while snapping away and creating beautiful portraits. Leave the hard work to me! I promise – I have loads of patience, tricks and the right timing to get us through, even in the midst of tantrums or fussiness (terrible-two’s, anyone)? Life is real and messy, and I find it beautiful and authentic and uniquely yours. Let’s celebrate it!
