For the past 11+ years, I’ve had the absolute honor of photographing nearly 4,000 incredible humans in the most amazing studio space in the city. So many stories, so many laughs, so many milestones, so much fun. I loved walking into those doors every single day- the light, the energy, the conversations, the amazing people. It truly was one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Letting it go is bittersweet. I’ll miss the studio deeply but my heart is so full knowing is taking it over. Not only is she like my third daughter, she’s an amazing photographer. She’s going to grow her business in beautiful ways and keep the studio spirit alive. I can’t wait to watch her make it her own, I’m so proud of her.
As for me- I’m shooting downtown while my studio guesthouse is being built and completed in October. A new season, a new backdrop, the same love for what I do.
To every client and friend who stepped in front of my camera on Lake Austin Blvd since 2014, thank you!
I’ll always be grateful and cherish the joy you all brought to every shoot.
