ELOPED IN PARIS 🥀. Sometimes two people’s soul tie is so palpable, words aren’t needed for the current between them to hit you like a wave. As was the case with S&K the second we said bonjour. (!) What followed was a mess of sheets, cigs, espresso and satin.... aka a beaut of a Parisian elopement morning. SO SPECIAL.

When it rains it pours! ☂︎ And in this case, a surprise rainstorm deluge made for an iconic day that B & K and their besties shan’t soon forget. (Nor shall I, in case you were curious.)

Set to be held at the bride’s family estate, Plan A was legendary. Plan B was sappy and heartfelt. Naturally we landed somewhere with Plan C, complete with a toppling martini tower, mounds of fries for all, fancy fiddling and of course… the inevitable… baby cows. (Yes. Cows.) Note to self: When two fine artists decide to wed, marionettes may or may not get involved. (!) K&D’s wedding occasion arrived with angel babies, Pellegrino’s, cascading velvet ribbons galore, and naturally… one or two or three (or four) puppet cameos directing the whole damn thing. What a treat.

Following their ceremony ensued a cozy dinner party nestled on the patio of their favorite local watering hole, crowded with their favorite humans. WHAT A TREAT.

BYE BYE WINTER BLUES. Insert R&T’s color crazed backyard wedding (!)

Back when the sun was hot and the guest list was hotter, R&T’s nuptials were held at a stunner of a MCM home of a family friend and littered with enough of the good stuff to make you cry. (Aka a lotta heart, favorite humans, delish tacos, live music, and enough j’s for all.) Suffice it to say a very good time was had. 🪩
