I want to do a little post about my guy before I got to bed...he turned DOUBLE DIGITS today.
My Bodhi man.
10 years ago.. I became a Mommy...
Something I had always wanted to be.
I dreamed of having a little boy for so long.
And the universe gave me the most special one.
Having a child is really not like any other experience...Just watching these big bits of your heart just walking around outside of you.
Yes... it is hard... but...you also fall deeper in love with them every day.
Bodhi is such a Mama’s guy right now and I feel so hyper aware of that not lasting forever...
So I’m soaking up every moment.
Every cuddle.
Every laugh.
Every “I have the best Mom in the Universe.”
He provides me with so much endless love and adoration.
He is slowly enjoying playing with his brother more lol
There’s like 5% less arguing which is magical.
He loves to bake and watching baking videos lol
His favourite music is BTS
You can often find him alone on the stairs playing out a whole cinematic scene with his legos.
He’s newly into selfies and insists he is old enough to have coffee.
He is absolutely one of my most favourite personalities I’ve ever experienced... and of course I’m unbiased.
Children are so special for many reasons but one thing I heard once that I’ll never forget is that children are so 100% committed to a relationship with their parent... they just want your love and attention. It’s that simple.
I am so dedicated to maintaining the beautiful friendship I’ve built with both my boys...
Bodhi you made me a Mommy and changed my life.
Thank you for having such a soft spot for me...
I absolutely love being your Mama and getting the chance to get to know you a little more each day.
