I’ve had to take a necessary (and much needed I might say) break from online activities, even photography in general. Despite my word of the year being CLEAR and a deep desire to get crystal clear on the Whos, Whats, Whens, and Wheres in my business, much of this year has been oddly UNclear.

Funny though, many times clarity weirdly emerges from muddy waters. At least one thing became quite clear - WHERE we needed to be.

so BACK TO TEXAS IT IS! This time to the heart..the Austin area.

Unfortunately Arkansas was not the best fit for us. However, I am so happy and grateful to have met so many of you beautiful, helpful, talented people there in NWA! What a pretty and friendly place! I want to give a bigger than Texas THANK YOU for making my short time there a great one, making me feel welcome and supporting my business in the way you did!

Texas friends and beyond - likewise, THANK YOU for continuing to connect and follow my journeys and adventures online, for sending referrals, and consulting me for projects!!

Mmmh I can still smell those coffee beans 🫘🤎 During a workshop at Bella Vista/Bentonville Photo Club we did long exposures of this cool little setup, moving around with a small flashlight. Love this technique!

Double exposure effect..they've been done to death but I still love them! Don't know the perfect way, just a little Photoshop FAFO 😏 [ original photos in comments ] Messy random film doubles will always be my favs though, I need to share some of those sometime 🖤📷

PART 2 - a collection of my fav photos of Therapists and Their Petbabies (majority from Virtual/Remote photoshoots)

Three years now into photo'ing therapists for the greatest mental health provider directory Zencare.co, I've had close to 2000 faces (counting those in group practices) pass though my lens, my Zoom or phone screen. Each and every one is a beautiful gift and I've absolutely LOVED these short moments of connection - but after the session some tend to make me pause longer, soak in the great warmth of happiness and energy of what was captured.. I think you'll see why 😌
