Today marks 33 years around the sun and wow… reflecting back on everything that’s shifted in just 364 days feels surreal. Travels all over the world, building houses, celebrate one last time our marriage, and endless love stories and memories captured.
This next year feels different. I can feel a shift coming. A deeper surrender to a higher power, a stronger pull toward intention, and a desire to pay attention to the details in every aspect of life. Not just the milestones, but the quiet disciplines, the way I love people, the way I care for what we’re building, and the way I show up when no one is watching.
This next year feels expansive and refining all at once. I’m walking into it with gratitude, expectation, and an open heart. Thankful for every single person who stands beside me. You are what keeps my soul on fire and my heart incredibly full.
Pieces of advice I’d give at 33:
1. No one will ever work as hard for your dreams as you will. Stop expecting others to carry a vision that only you can fully see.
2. Invest in yourself. your growth, your skills, your peace, your health. You are always the greatest return.
3. Choose yourself unapologetically. Protect your energy and follow what feels aligned, honoring yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.
4. Choose a partner you deeply admire. Someone you’re proud to stand next to, someone who is your number one. I would not be at this level without my incredible husband.
5. Buy the plane ticket. Explore often. The world expands you in ways comfort never will.
6. Don’t compare yourself (still learning this) create your own inspiration. Build a life so specific to you that comparison loses its power.
7. What’s meant for you will find you, but only when you’re moving. The universe aligns with action.
8. Form deep, genuine connections and nurture the ones that feel real. Those relationships will shape your life more than anything else.
9. If a relationship only survives when you’re the one carrying it, the silence will tell you everything you need to know.
10. Believe in a life bigger than what feels realistic right now. Be bold enough to trust that you can build it — and then go prove yourself right.
