🐉✨ 2026 HOMECOMING | SOUTHLAKE CARROLL DRAGONS ✨🐉

These Southlake Carroll Dragons absolutely KILLED IT for Homecoming 2026! 🔥

The dresses? 👗 Stunning.
The custom bouquets? 💐 Next level — complete with each girl’s embroidered initials!
The suits? 🤵‍♂️ They showed up looking like they meant business.
The confidence? 💯 OFF THE CHARTS.

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing these amazing students both individually and as an entire group, and let me tell you… they brought their A-game from start to finish!

From the carefully chosen dresses and personalized bouquets to the sharp suits and all the little details that made each person uniquely them, this group understood the assignment. 😉

There’s something so special about capturing these milestones — the friendships, the excitement, the personalities, and those moments right before everyone heads off to make memories they'll talk about for years.

Southlake Carroll Dragons, you were FINELY dressed, beautifully styled, and completely camera-ready. 🐉❤️

Thank you for trusting Amy Schenk Photography to capture your 2026 HoCo memories!

Tonight’s family session in Springtown, Texas came with the sweetest little surprise. 🥹💕

One of my beautiful young clients gifted me this masterpiece she colored just for me! 🎨🖍️

I mean… LOOK AT IT! 😍 A house, balloons, birds, sunshine, clouds—and so much love and imagination packed into one little work of art. 🥰

These are the moments that make being a photographer about so much more than taking pretty pictures. I get to meet wonderful families, document their stories, and sometimes I get to leave with a little piece of their creativity, too. ❤️

I cannot wait to frame this and hang it up in my studio! It will have a very special place on my wall. 🖼️✨

Thank you, sweet girl, for my beautiful artwork. It made my whole night! 💕

🌊🧜‍♀️ SHE’S NOT JUST MERMAID FOR THE CAMERA… SHE’S THE REAL DEAL.

Kelli slipped beneath the surface and, honestly, I think the ocean just gained one of its own. 🧜‍♀️✨She transcended through the water like it was her natural habitat.

This is why I love creating underwater photography sessions in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Whether you're a professional mermaid, model, dancer, artist, maternity client, or simply want portraits that are anything but ordinary, we can take your vision below the surface, and get you booked for 2027 Summer Season!

Antara UNDERWATER. ✨🌊

There’s something about watching someone completely transform once they get underwater—and Antara absolutely rocked this session for my recent PPA One Day Class.

We started with my silk teal flying dress gown, letting the fabric move and float around her like it had a life of its own. Then came the maroon sequined bodysuit, straight from my client closet, and WOW. The color, the movement, the shimmer… every frame just came together.

Underwater photography is so much more than getting into a pool and taking pictures. It’s about movement, posing, fabric, light, expression, and creating something that feels completely different from a traditional portrait session. And because everyone is different in the water -- the experience will always yield something different.

If you've been wanting an underwater portrait session, a creative model session, maternity portraits, artistic portraits, or simply something completely different, right here in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, reach out and get on my underwater schedule for 2027! Let's create it. 🖤

🧜‍♀️✨ Ya'll! I got to photograph a real-life Mermaid!

Enaya brought her mermaid magic, and honestly, watching her move underwater was something else entirely. Her confidence, her movement, & the details of her tail made every image come together beautifully.

Enaya is a professional mermaid! 🧜‍♀️

Through Shellebrations, she is available for:
✨ Parties & private events
✨ Corporate events
✨ Special appearances
✨ Mermaid experiences
✨ And she even teaches others how to become professional mermaids!

And if you're looking for a mermaid for your next event, definitely check out Enaya's work:

🌊✨ NYKOL WAS ABSOLUTELY MAKING WAVES! ✨🌊

Day 1 of my PPA One Day Course: Beneath the Surface was officially a splash! 💦📸 Here's our amazing 1st model- Nykol!

She didn’t just get in the water… she dove headfirst into the creative process and absolutely SMASHED it! 🔥
From flowing fabric to underwater posing, she was completely in her element. 😉 She made holding poses, moving underwater, and creating gorgeous, ethereal images look way too easy!

As photographers, we were definitely out of our depth at times 😂—but Nykol kept us afloat and gave us SO much to work with!
📸 Underwater photography is a whole different ballgame—you have to think beneath the surface, go with the flow, and sometimes just dive in and trust the process.

And Nykol? She understood the assignment… hook, line, and sinker! 🎣

Huge thank you to this incredible model for helping my students take the plunge into underwater photography! 🖤

Day 1: Nailed. 💦
Day 2: Let’s dive in! 🌊📸

☀️🔥 Beating the Texas heat in studio! 🔥☀️

Helen & Joe stepped into the studio for a little couples portrait session + professional headshots, and I’m loving how these turned out! 😍📸

Because let’s be honest… when Texas decides it’s going to feel like the surface of the sun, the studio is the place to be! 😂🙌

We stayed cool, had some fun, captured their connection, AND knocked out some updated headshots while we were at it. Talk about making the most of a session!

Thank you, Helen & Joe, for spending part of your day with me! ❤️

Need updated headshots or want some beautiful portraits with your favorite person? My studio is cool, comfortable, and definitely beats sweating through a Texas summer session! 😉📸
