This rig is a 2000 Pierce Dash Rescue Engine 1250 / 750 Originally delivered as Hagerman Cream color the dept switched to the traditional Red & white after receiving a refurb was repainted. Firematic

I am attempting to find as many rigs that I have previously shot that are still in active frontline service that responded to post 9/11 WTC site or cover city fire houses in the borough's.

Let's go over this one, South Country Ambulance Suffolk County NY - Special Operations 5-42-21 Ex Hauppauge HR 3-8-9, Responded to the Trade Center Assigned to Truck Company 1.

The Rig is a 1999 Spartan Gladiator / Saulsbury body walk through rescue.
A 2020 Spartan / Rescue 1 replaced this.

This old girl is a 1991 Pierce Lance 1500 / 500. It Responded to 9/11 post terror attacks & is one of the few rigs that is remaining in service that went to the trade center or in the city for coverage this is being replaced by a Seagrave.
