LOCAL FRIENDS!! LOCAL FRIENDS!!

This is Stj’s wife Kimberley posting on his behalf…as everyone know, Stj passed away in August 2021. Since that time, Ive had a lot on my plate and I have finally been able to go through his photography stuff and I’m very overwhelmed!!

I have packed away the camera things that I am keeping for our kids but I have A LOT of other things that I don’t want/need. We are moving soon and really, really don’t want to take the items with me!!

I have posted some pictures of the items that are up for grabs…then I have other items that i have no clue what they are so if you’re able to figure it out, you can have it!!

The pictures are in the comments…and those items are just a few things. There are light stands, lights, reflectors, a camera bag, back-drops, weighted sandbags…if you’re looking for something specific, he probably had it lol

2 day shoot completed...
6 outfit changes
430+ images captured...
narrowed down to 76 images with post-production first edits completed....
another post-production edit is needed and then narrow down even more (to be done later)

Lately my time has been spent focusing on my MFA thesis, the Black Ink Project (http://www.facebook.com/blackinkproject), shooting stage productions for Quotidian Theatre and HCC Student/Alumni Arts and designing t-shirts (teespring.com/stores/black-ink-project-shirts and teespring.com/stores/godlike-wear)...along with teaching art & photo.

However I am looking in to shooting more black and white portraits and color gel infused portraits. So I could always use new models who are interested in working with me. Don't forget to check out my website: www.stjohnnblondellphotography.com

The Black Ink Project is an artistic portrait series highlighting people with African descent (African, Caribbean, African-American, Biracial) and their tattoos in an effort to bring more black faces in to the realm of art.

I realized that I never put this video on my page. This is a model I know through facebook that I havent had the pleasure of shooting with...YET! I felt the need to share this for any up and coming models or models that don't feel uptight about learning new tricks.
