I am Nicole Londot (pronounced lawn-doe) and I graduated with a degree in Photography and Advertising from Northern Arizona University and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Elementary Education there. I have furthered my education of photography at specialty workshops across the US, such as attending the WPPI conference in New York City, the Kitchen Sink Workshop with Amanda Holloway, the Love
Soaked Workshop with Brooke Shultz, and Jenna Kutcher’s online Marketing Workshop. When I began my photography business, I was right out of college and living in Arizona (that’s where I am from by the way). I started out photographing my friend’s college senior pictures and some families. That’s when I fell in love! A couple of years later I moved to North Dakota, where I relaunched my business as a lifestyle family photographer. I have slowly been branching myself into the Midwest, West Coast, South West, and surrounding areas, as a family photographer. With my love for traveling and photographing I decided to open up the opportunity to travel for family sessions. Not limiting myself to one particular area I am able to make connections I never thought I could before, growing friendships across the states. I think it’s important that yes, while I offer a family portrait experience unlike any other, there is a reason behind it. As time passes by, we sometimes fail to take a moment and soak in all the amazingness that is happening right before our eyes. Life can be chaotic, busy, and even rushed. Sometimes we need to give ourselves a moment to be still. To get with our loved ones, be silly, let loose, and love so hard you burst into the uncontrollable laughter that is so contagious, it just lights up the room. I do this because I think it’s important to be together. To let the world slip away, even for a couple of hours to show your family how much you truly love them. This is why I want to capture your family and all the magic little things that happen when you let go for a brief moment.
