One. Your venue's space. Not every booth fits every room. Know your square footage and ask vendors what they actually need.

Two. Your headcount. A fully staffed experience for 50 people runs very differently than one for 250. Make sure your vendor has handled your size before.

Three. Print or digital. Printed strips are a keepsake guests take home. Digital delivery is instant and shareable. Some events want both. Know what fits your crowd.

Four. Who is actually there. A drop-off rental and a fully staffed booth are two completely different things. Ask specifically whether a professional attendant will be on-site all night.

Five. Your date. This one matters more than people realize. Corporate holiday dates in December book up fast, and the best vendors fill first. If you are reading this in September, now is the right time.

This is what a holiday party looks like when there is a photo booth in the room.

No awkward standing around. No "what do we do now." Just guests who cannot stop going back for another round, and prints they are still talking about on Monday morning.

Meet the newest addition to the Flash Me Maine Photo Booth Rentals lineup: fully custom, Pokémon inspired trading cards, designed from scratch for one couple’s wedding day. Every guest gets their own one of a kind “trainer card,” complete with custom stats, a holographic backdrop, and a keepsake they’ll actually want to hang onto (fridge magnet or binder sleeve, we don’t judge).

December is the single busiest month for corporate events in Maine. Most companies are locking in entertainment over the summer, before the fall rush hits. By October, the best dates are already spoken for.

Three questions worth asking any photo booth company before you commit:
