To get to the pumpkin patch, you’ll hop on a wagon ride where they drop you off by the pumpkins. Once you pick one out, you’ll grab a little wagon to put it in and walk back to the farm. Each paid admission receives a free pumpkin!

In addition to this giant pumpkin patch, they also have a lot of different farm animals. But instead of just looking at them, they let you go into the pens to pet and hold them! It’s very hands-on and interactive. They have calves, piglets, goats, bunnies, and more.

There are also food and drink options on-site.

I visited Ferguson’s Orchards Eau Claire just the other week and couldn’t believe how much they had to offer! From apple picking to wagon rides to tons of different games & activities, it’s a great place to spend a day this fall. Each paid admission comes with a free Season Pass so you can go back as many times as you want all season long!

We picked an early variety of their Honeycrisp apples and also took some pictures by the sunflower field which was just about done for the season. If you’re looking for pumpkins, those will be ready soon!

In addition to the apple c***r slushies, we also tried their pizzas and a hard c***r flight. Make sure to hit up the Country Store for some apple c***r donuts and other fall treats. There’s no admission to the store if you just want to shop around!

Culinaria has officially hit the shelves at Festival Foods in Wisconsin. From pasta sauces to noodles, kettle chips to granola, this new private label brand offers quality ingredients at an affordable price!

The products I tried:

🌶️ Jalapeño Kettle Chips
Crunchy with just the right amount of spice! The other flavors they have are Salt & Vinegar, BBQ, Salt & Pepper, Spicy New Orleans, Garlic Parmesan and Original.

🍝 Creamy Vodka Pasta Sauce
I was excited to try this one because I make a homemade vodka sauce and was curious how it’d compare. Honestly, it gives it a run for its money! Add a little grilled chicken on top and you’ve got yourself an easy weeknight dinner.

🧄 Garlic Parsley Homestyle Noodles
I’ve never had flavor-infused noodles before and now I’m hooked! These paired really well with the vodka sauce and made the dish feel more elevated.

🍓 Strawberry Vanilla Granola
I’m always looking for easy foods to grab, especially in the morning - and this granola is the perfect snack!

We ordered the mushroom truffle pasta and the pumpkin/butternut squash ravioli, both of which were creamy, rich and delicious. We were in a bit of a hurry because we had tickets to a show so we almost didn’t order dessert. I’m so glad we did though because the chocolate-filled beignets were to die for! They’re also famous for their cakes, especially the towering carrot cake.

In the summer, they have outdoor seating in their gated terrace as well as sidewalk seating.

From the moment we stepped through the front doors, we immediately felt welcomed. Located in the beautifully-restored Oshkosh Northwestern Building, Truffle Pig is easily one of the most dazzling restaurants in Wisconsin.

If you’re looking for one of the best places to spend a fall weekend in Wisconsin, check out Travel Calumet! There are eight supper clubs in this one county earning it the title of “Supper Club Capital of the Midwest”. I also loved visiting the various farms, taking in the views of Lake Winnebago, and chasing the fall colors at the many parks.

If you’re in the Keweenaw, this is a must-stop!

📍Four Suns Fish & Chips | Hancock, Michigan (Upper Peninsula)

This family-owned restaurant serves fresh-caught whitefish from Lake Superior. It’s right across the road from Quincy Mine. We went on a mine tour in the morning and then grabbed lunch here afterwards. I loved the wood floors and ceiling, the tin roof and the hundreds of funny signs hanging everywhere. It kind of has a Florida beach shack vibe ✌🏼️

You order at a window and they have both indoor & outdoor seating. They offer fish baskets, fish sandwiches, fish tacos & tostadas, and more! I ordered one of their tacos and it was amazing.

Open seasonally (typically June through October) Monday through Saturday.
