Oh sweet, sweet Roman. The world was so blessed to have you. Those who knew you were blessed to know you. Heaven gained the most precious angel.

It's not everyday you find yourself at the hospital at 10:30pm to capture some of the last, sweet moments between parents and their baby. I can't begin to express how honored I am to have been that person for Sarah and Ashton as they held their little one so tight for as long as they could.

Roman was born with a terminal condition that affected his respiratory system and his intellectual abilities. He was given a prognosis of 2 years- his family and friends got to love him earth side for just shy of 6 months. Ashton, Sarah and Atlas have the sweetest angel looking over them forever. What a blessing to have gotten the time they did, as much as we all wish it was longer.

Always in our hearts, sweet boy. Just know we will be thinking of you when we see Christmas lights. I hope they're so much more beautiful from heaven.

Sending the most love and prayers to Sarah, Ashton and their family as they navigate this unimaginable loss.

A sneak peek at this sweet maternity session 🤍

Busy season is an understatement lately. I've been on the move everyday with clients. I am so forever grateful. That being said, I will get back to everyone asap. I allow myself 24-48 hours response time- unless we have a scheduled session within that timeframe. I am going to be honoring my 9-5 response times during the week and weekends off, again unless we have a session scheduled. With the season being so busy, I want to ensure I focus on my family after business hours.

1 year of remission 🤍

Capturing each individual story is beautiful- this story might be one of my favorites.

Lexi was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the young, young age of 18. After treatment and surgery, she's celebrating being cancer free.

Chatting with her during our session - she said she loved being open about her story. The OBGYN can be a scary idea for young girls - she wanted to advocate and remind girls that seeing the doctor can save your life one day. While I also work in OB, I cannot emphasize her story enough. Always advocate for yourself 🤍.

Thankful for life, thankful for medical care, thankful for the little things we forget to be grateful for and most of all, I'm thankful for Lexi's health. Thankful to have gotten to celebrate this moment with you Lexi Haynes

Hey everyone! I have so many new faces here I just wanted to reintroduce myself and say hello!! My name is Madisyn. I'm not only a photographer, but I'm also a mom of 3, a wife and a labor and delivery nurse. Yes, my life is chaos at baseline but I wouldn't have it any other way! Here is a picture of my fam, thanks to my friend Shawna Bailey!

I started photography quickly after high school and have done it seriously for about 8 years! My love for it continues as no two sessions are the same. Getting to know each of my clients through the planning and session progress is so fun - my favorite part is having repeat clients. Watching people grow in life, their careers and families throughout the year have made my job that much more exciting.

The fun part of it all is - I see people I recognize but have never taken photos of. Being a nurse, I see a wide range of the community and that carries into my photography. How fun is it to take photos of people I've not only had the pleasure in meeting, but the pleasure to nurse back to health or even help them bring life into the world. PS: I was an ER nurse for just shy of 3 years before coming to the laborhood.

My two jobs are the coolest - I'd say!

Some fun facts!!!: Besides my jobs, I love to spend time with my family, friends and my guiltily pleasure is binge watching shows on Netflix 😂. My favorite color is pink- it always has been. I have a major sweet tooth and love a good icecream. And I'm going to Italy next year.

Blessed to say weekends are booked through October!
I have 3/4 sessions available in September during the week as well as a handful in October.

Busy season is BUSY this year. I'm forever grateful for each and every one of my clients. I love you guys!
