Sean Hood Photography Wedding and Lifestyle photographer based in Vermont. Hi I'm Sean! I'm a Vermont wedding and lifestyle photographer! However, I knew I had a love for photography.

In high school, we are all pressured to find exactly what we'd like to do for the rest of our lives. Just like many other teens, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I started by taking photos of friends skiing, cliff jumping, and playing sports. Right out of high school I began working for two newspapers, and second shooting at weddings. There's something incredible about seeing your work published

. I was instantly turned on by the thrill of telling stories through images. Not to sound cheesy, but it’s a pretty great feeling when you finally find the one thing you want to do for the rest of your life. After exploring different avenues in photography, I found my niche in wedding photography. I quickly realized that there is nothing more rewarding than having the responsibility of documenting that incredible day in a couple's life. Documenting that connection between two humans. It’s something I take very seriously. And while I may sound like the most serious person on planet earth, rest assured I’m a pretty laid back dude with a laid back philosophy. You be you. I’ll be me. The best images will come when you can really just let go and be yourself. I know, deep thoughts, right? Well enough jibber-jabbering about me, I want to hear about you. I want to hear your story.

Some weddings are beautiful because of the details. Some are beautiful because of the people.

From the moment I arrived, it was obvious just how loved these two are. Every conversation with family and friends seemed to come back to the same thing: how kind, genuine, and easy they are to be around.

They brought together an incredible group of people, celebrated on a beautiful Vermont spring day, and created the kind of atmosphere that reminds me why I love doing this in the first place.

Jaqueline & Danny got one of the first really beautiful Vermont days of the year and absolutely made the most of it.

From tequila shots with the rabbi before the ceremony, to a dance floor packed wall to wall all night long, the entire day felt fun, emotional, and just a little chaotic in the best way.

There was so much laughter woven into every part of this wedding day and it honestly felt impossible not to have a good time being around these two and all of their people.
