We want to take the time to acknowledge the hardships and loss that our nation is currently facing during this ongoing pandemic. Since April, the completion of Verses: Episode II has been placed on hold and will resume next month as we have also experienced hardship and loss during this time. There are a few changes that we have made to our project including a new poet that we know you will enjoy. Synopsis:
Love. A beautiful gift to receive. A gift that expands from within while unconsciously inspiring doubtful spectators. Birthing unforgettable moments that last beyond conflict, distance, and silence all in memory. Giving time no real measure. No real meaning. Mia takes a retrospective dive into love and loss as seen through the eyes of a young woman.

[Mia] Introverted and conservative graphic artist. She loves love but does not give it away easily. Old habits resurface, falling for the same type of man. Sensitive to change, she often mentally lingers in the past longer than she can handle. She is heartbroken but knows what is meant for her will stay. She loves deeply even in thought.

[Alex] Entrepreneur. Self-centered. A go-getter who seeks instant gratification in all aspects of life. Quick to exit when conflict presents itself even in minor instances. He is in love but pressured to become a version of himself that Mia idealizes. He plays a game of tug and pull away having many options available to him. For Mia, he loses this battle with himself because they not only share the same love but the same fear of change.
