After so many incredible sessions, friendships, and memories, July marks the final chapter of Studios on East Main as a photography rental studio.

While our rental studio is coming to an end, our businesses aren't going anywhere! This is simply the beginning of a new chapter as we transition into our own private studio space and focus on serving our clients in new ways.

To every photographer who rented our space, trusted us with your sessions, supported us, and helped make Studios on East Main what it became - thank you. It has been such an honor to watch your businesses grow within these walls, and we're so grateful to have been a small part of your journey.

If you've been wanting to book one last rental, now is your chance! The month of July is our final month of studio rentals with limited availability, and we'd love to see so many familiar faces before we close this chapter.

Here's to new beginnings, exciting changes, and everything that's still to come. ❤️

After a lot of thought, we've made the decision that when our current building lease comes to an end, we will not be renewing it.

This building has been so much more than just a studio space to us. For the past few years, Studios on East Main has been our second home. We've poured our hearts into these walls, celebrated milestones, watched businesses grow, met so many incredible photographers, and had the privilege of providing a space where creativity could thrive.

We truly love this building, this location, and our wonderful landlords. Leaving has nothing to do with any of that. As our kids get older and life gets busier, we've realized that maintaining a large studio space, constantly refreshing and decorating for new seasons, and managing studio rentals has become more than we want to take on. We've decided it's time to step back into something smaller and focus our energy on our own photography businesses and our families.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we're incredibly grateful for every photographer, client, and creative who has walked through our doors. Watching all of you create, grow, and build your businesses here has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

We will continue to keep everyone updated as we determine a timeline for future rentals. If you currently have a rental booked, please don't worry—your reservation is secure and nothing is changing at this time. JUNE + JULY IS STILL OPEN FOR BOOKING.

If you or someone you know may be interested in leasing the building, we'd be happy to pass your information along to our landlords. It truly is a wonderful space in a fantastic location.

Also, as we begin preparing for our next chapter and downsizing, we'll be parting with LOTS of studio furniture, props, décor, and more. Keep an eye out—we may create a separate page dedicated to all of those items soon!
