🏋🏼♀️ I’m a personal trainer & strength and conditioning coach
🥗I’m healthy-ish 🤪 and love helping people make nutrition simple and sustainable
🌊 My favorite place to vacation is a lake in Georgia, and I go every summer
🫶🏼 I’m an ambivert! I love being around people, but I definitely need my alone time at home to recharge
🧀 Bring me cheese and I’ll love you forever
⚡️ I can quote all the Harry Potter movies
🐢I grew up with pet turtles that are living their best lives at my parents house
🌴We are big Survivor fans in my household
Being a mom is the best thing I’ve ever done and it’s only made me fall in love with photography even more. There is nothing better than capturing a moment to look back on forever and ever ❤️
