In light of a recent court ruling, Redbow Photography will no longer be using minor children in any of our advertising, no matter the permission parents have given, how cute they are, and how well the photo turns out. In case you’re not aware, the courts have decided that AI generated child po*******hy is perfectly acceptable. Since AI generates those images from photos of real children, we don’t want to feed the machine. We are making the announcement now, so there are no hurt feelings after any of our upcoming seasonal photo shoots. It’s not that we don’t think your children are adorable. It’s not that we didn’t love the photos we took of them. It’s not that we didn’t hear you when you gave permission. It’s just that we feel a level of responsibility for keeping your kids safe.
