Big Announcement!

After 11+ years, The Retro Studio will be closing its doors. I have absolutely loved the pinup/car scene, but it's time for something new 💖 This doesn't mean I won't ever shoot this style again, just that it won't be the ONLY thing 😘 If you'd like to continue on to my next adventure, you can follow the new business at Lore and Lens - Folkloric Portraits . Things will stay small (rare openings) for now and there may not be a bunch to see at first, but I'd love to have you all follow me on this new journey.

It's been a blast & I can't thank you all enough for your support over the years 💖

We have some unfortunate news. Due to circumstances outside of our control, we will not be having the Pinup contest during Car d'Lane this year. The spot we usually hold it, on Sherman, is no longer an option and the association has not gotten back to us on an alternate spot that fits our needs. We're running very short on time and must make the call.

We know this is a huge disappointment.

Refunds, for those who have already registered, will go out asap.

We know we've been quiet over here, lately, but we're still here 🥰 We're taking the Winter off, but we'll be back in the Spring 🌱 We're working on some things behind the scenes and can't wait to bring them to fruition. In the meantime, if you plan to join us for the pinup contest during Car d'Lane, we'll be posting up the event details soon!
