I sincerely apologize if you recently received unedited photos from your gallery order. Unfortunately, some orders did not properly appear through my website system, which caused the edited versions not to be uploaded before delivery.
I understand how disappointing and frustrating this may have been, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I work to correct this issue. I am currently going through all recent orders to ensure every client receives their fully edited images as intended.
