Easy dinner for the nights when I’m NOT trying to win any culinary awards 😂🍝

Tonight’s menu: homemade goulash + buttery garlic bread and honestly… everyone ate it, so I’m calling that a massive mom win. 🙌🏼 It’s one of those easy family dinner recipes that comes together without a ton of effort, which is exactly what I need on a busy weeknight.

Simple, cozy, filling, and absolutely no complaints from the kids. That’s a 10/10 dinner in my book. ❤️

Today’s 7 Brew Coffee order 🎃☕️✨

The Pumpkin Blondie with extra sweetness + pumpkin drizzle because apparently I’m trying to drink dessert. 😂🤎

I LOVED it! It was sweet, creamy and definitely giving fall coffee vibes, BUT if you’re like me and want to basically bathe in pumpkin spice, I’d add extra pumpkin flavor next time. 😂

The school day, and all three kids in school, now gives me enough time to remember I’m a woman. 😂💀

The weirdest part of being a SAHM of 3 with all my kids in school? Suddenly having time to run errands without three tiny people asking for snacks 😂

Ran to the school for some paperwork, grabbed a bevy from 7 Brew Coffee because obviously 🧋, washed the car and then headed to Walmart for everything I needed for dinner. Just me, my errands and a suspicious amount of peace and quiet. 😂🛒🚗

Thursday morning as a SAHM of 3 and we have officially reached the “everyone just survive until Friday” portion of the week. 😂

The kids are tired, I’m tired, nobody can find anything they literally had 30 seconds ago and somehow I’m supposed to get myself together enough to run errands after school drop off. 😅

Just your average school morning routine over here: wake everyone up, feed three tiny humans, get out the door on time, survive school drop-off… and THEN remember I have an entire day of mom life waiting for me. 🙌🏼

Friday, we’re coming for you. Labor Day weekend can’t get here fast enough. 🙌🏼🇺🇸

Wednesday morning as a SAHM of 3 🩷☀️

Getting all three kids up, dressed, fed, backpacks packed and out the door for school… and then suddenly it’s just me. 🥹

I’m still adjusting to this new season of being a SAHM with all three kids at school. I thought I’d be SO excited for the quiet, but honestly? The house feels a little too quiet. 😂

So here’s a realistic Wednesday morning routine, school drop off and me figuring out what to do with myself now that I officially have a kid-free house during the day. 🫶🏼

Friday morning vlog as a SAHM of 3 🩷

We started the day with an eye doctor appointment for my oldest, then knocked out a few errands while enjoying a little day off from school. Nothing too exciting, just real life mom life and soaking up the slower moments before the weekend chaos begins 😂
