We made custom confetti mixes, decorated party hats, had coloring pages with Emma’s face, wore “Sprinkle Joy” bracelets, and celebrated our birthday girl in our cozy little home on a chilly overcast Saturday afternoon (her actual birthday!) with her pups, family and friends! It felt nostalgic, warm and sentimental. 💫

It was a day I’ll never forget and one that I look forward to telling her all about! 🧁

A whole year with you, Emma Joy! 💫 A year of adventures, first holidays, first words (Momma, Dada, NayNay!), a whole year of nourishing you with my body (we made it!!!), many sleepless nights, learning about you, watching you take in the world, and a lifetime of memories bottled up into one year. I can not believe how fast we got here! It has been the most JOY filled year that I will cherish for ever and ever. We love you baby Emma, to the moon and stars and back! Happy 1st Birthday! 🎂
