My girls’ first time in front of the camera and they killed it!!
I get asked all the time why I have my reps do these kinds of videos. Some ask out of curiosity, some because they don’t see other teams doing this, and most because they genuinely love watching them. So here’s the real reason:
Stepping out of comfort zones — These videos help my team try something new and grow in ways that matter.
Building confidence — Speaking on camera helps them get comfortable with their voices, which is huge as they head into the world after senior year.
Creating connection — Other students get to see what it’s like to be part of my team, and it inspires them to join.
Strengthening my brand — And of course… it’s great media for my brand and your entertainment (especially if you’re still here reading 😉).
