Senior sessions always prove to be difficult in someway.. This time around, we were trying to take basketball senior photos.. The gym was occupied with another sport - so we made the best of our time and it forced me to be creative in an entirely different way! Lights off, red gels on my strobes..

MAATT asked for something different this year! They wanted posters and I knew I had to put a little bit of a Metz Photography spin on them! These turned out great! Already looking forward to our next session!

Owning a printing / photography business sure does have advantages for personal projects!

I can NOT take credit for the photos as I was the groom. The Carnival Cruise Lines photographer knocked it out of the park with our photos.

I laid the photos out as the background, removed the background from another photo and placed it on top of the others. Then printed on 3/16” thick Acrylic with a white underbase to add vibrancy and depth to the colors.

It turned out beautifully, I take pride in my craft whether it’s for a customer or for my wife.

It is nice to get back into the swing of things! This game was alot of fun to watch and I caught myself multiple times - watching and not taking photos!
