Riley’s bouquet (August 2023).

When I meet with a prospective bride one of the things I ask is what her top two priorities are for her wedding day. I remember Riley’s was food and flowers. She wanted everything late August flowers had to offer in every shade of pink and then she let me do my thing.

I ordered in special dahlia tubers, gave them lots of tlc and wouldn’t you know they bloomed right on time. Growing specifically for a couple’s day doesn’t always time out perfectly but when it does it’s one of the best feelings. 💕
