f Michigan. I came from a very small town known as cereal city aka Battle Creek. Most of my Photography experience has originated from Michigan for the past 5 years of my business. Some of the main things I photograph are newborns, kids, pregnancy, seniors, couples, engagement, and weddings. Some things that I enjoy photographing on the side right now are animals, food, and lots of landscape. You can view some of the commercial photos & event photos in my gallery. Photography is a form of expression for showing loved ones photos and keeping memories for when we are old and would like to look at back at those cherished times. The reward is so amazing when someone is truly satisfied with the work I have done, knowing that I gave them those moments to keep forever. A Fraction in Time.

I was on a mission to spot and photograph as many bees as possible during my visit to Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum, and wow, they did not disappoint!🐝

Every bee I captured, from the Sunflower Bee to the Brown-belted Bumble Bee, was a reminder of how diverse and essential our pollinators are. Nearly a third of the food we eat depends on their work.

To watch them in action is to witness devotion, a lesson in patience, and a reminder that the smallest lives often hold the world together.🌍💛

When he said he had an idea for some of the photos, I definitely didn’t expect him to have the full mailman gear ready to go from his USPS days. We spent most of the session laughing as he acted out a hand-delivered priority mail moment—only to find out the big news!💌

Even their cat, Lucy, seemed to enjoy our silly shenanigans… sensing that change was on the way.🐾

Okay, I love all the photos I take—but this one? Definitely in my top ten.🙌📸

While multitasking at the Battle Creek Field of Flight Air Show & Balloon Festival, I was juggling both my Canon EOS R Mirrorless Digital Camera and a Fujifilm Instax 210 Instant Film Camera (because why not make it harder for myself?).

In a moment of quick teamwork, I handed the Instax to my husband with everything pre-set and said, “Just look through the viewfinder and press this button.” We had one more overhead pass from the Air Force Thunderbirds to catch it—and sure enough, voilà! The perfect shot.✈️☀️
