👨👩‍🦰👩‍🦳🧑‍🦳 Your parents/guardians/loved ones - they're all like Mom in these photos. They are there with ideas, with help, support, guidance.

I think most parents would agree - we want to lift our kids up and have them have and experience more than we ever have. 🥰

Then, just like Mom in these photos, they step back and watch you fly. 🙌

Let’s get this out of the way…I will ALWAYS have more to learn!!

When you hire someone for photos, your interactions/communications with them are about 25% of what goes on. Everything else makes up about 75% of the work.

Below you’ll see a photo on the left which is straight out of camera. On the right, a photo that I tweaked for about 20 minutes with the goal of simply enhancing what was captured. It’s not as simple as copying and pasting these tweaks to each photo either. Every time you move spots - things change.

So the next time your eyebrows shoot up when you look at pricing — or when you go to buy your child’s league photos - you’re not just buying a snapshot you could take with your phone. Because photographers are definitely doing way more than taking a snapshot.

Also if you’re going with a cheaper photographer? You’re probably gonna get cheaper, less experienced results. 😉
