Another one I’ve been photographing since he was just a little boy…and somehow, here we are taking his senior pictures. It’s pretty amazing getting to watch these kids grow up from behind my camera.

Now he’s heading into his senior year with plans to become an auto mechanic—a future that seems to fit him perfectly.

I’ve been photographing Thomas for years, so getting to capture his senior pictures feels pretty special.

He brought along so many of the things that tell his story—his love of reenactments, his cat, and even a little throwback to the Curious George days, and that unforgettable hot dog costume. 😂 It’s amazing how quickly the years go by, but I love that pieces of who we were as kids stay with us as we grow.

Senior pictures hit a little differently when your daughter is your whole world.

You spend years watching her grow, cheering her on, holding her hand—and then suddenly, you’re walking beside this beautiful young woman getting ready to take on the world.

Senior year brings all the feelings… pride, excitement, nostalgia, and maybe a little wishing you could slow time down. One thing will never change though—she’ll always be her mama’s girl.

Three friends who have been going to school together since day one — and now they’re seniors!
