I am so grateful I was able to capture Claudia and Owen become husband and wife, in one of the most stunning churches I have had the honor of photographing in!
I walked into St. Stephen's and was awe-struck at the beauty. What was even more beautiful was the deep love these two share for eachother and for their family.
In a world that tells you that marriage will hold you back, I am here to share that a God-centered marriage is radiant, joyful, and full of SO much love!! I hope to share that through my photography, but especially through my own marriage. ❤️

Yesterday, on the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I had the honor of traveling to St. Patrick Church in Columbus, OH to capture Karen and Tomás become one.
Their joy and excitement for marriage was so contagious throughout the whole day (which is so evident in just the way they look at eachother!)! Most importantly, they love God so deeply.
Please pray for these two as they journey the beautiful vocation of marriage!

Mr. and Mrs. Eltz ❤️
What an incredibly beautiful day!! When Stephanie first reached out to and I, we were ecstatic to hear that she found out about us listening to and shared, "I have been listening to your podcast since I've been engaged and I love your personalities!" It was such a genuine honor to be there for her and Carson, and to know that we helped serve her through our podcast!
Some of my highlights of the day were:
-Praying with Jo before we got out of the car to start the day of documenting
-Stephanie and Carson praying the rosary together before she walked down the aisle!
-This INCREDIBLE glowy sunset!
-The radiant joy these two had for eachother on their wedding day!
I am beyond blessed that they chose to fly me and Jo to Montana to document this gorgeous and Faith-filled day. Please pray for them as they continue to live their vocation of marriage. ❤️

The Wedding Lasso is a Catholic wedding tradition that is rooted in Mexican, the Philippines, and other Latin communities. It is considered to be a unity ceremony that is performed after the exchange of vows. The lasso is made of two large rosaries, linked together with one crucifix. The rosary is placed over the bride and
groom in a figure-eight form (the infinity symbol), which represents the eternal bond you are creating in the eyes of God. It is traditionally placed on the couple by the bride’s godparents or by the priest after the exchange of vows and rings.
What better way to spend your first moments as a married couple than to be literally bonded together via this beautiful devotion to Our Lady. ❤️ I highly recommend this tradition to all couples, particularly if they have a strong devotion to the Blessed Mother and to the rosary.

Mr. and Mrs. Jacob. ❤️
On Saturday, I had the honor of capturing Leslie and Rickie's beautiful wedding day at their Syro-Malabar church!
When I first met these two, I could tell how important their faith is to them. They talked about how they wanted the entire day centered in prayer, and it absolutely was! The couple prayed with family and friends, and with eachother throughout the day. In fact, when Rickie first reached out, he shared that he was interested in working with me because I share how I pray for my couples leading up to their wedding day.
I am so grateful that I was able to meet these two, and I feel so blessed by the couples I get to meet. ❤️ Please pray for Rickie and Leslie as they journey the vocation of marriage.

"To live in love is to sail forever, spreading seeds of joy and peace in hearts." -St. Therese
As I've been doing more spiritual reading and learning about the saints, it seems clear to me that there is a common theme among many of their words. This theme is to do all things with love and charity.
So, how beautiful I thought it was when I came across this quote by St. Therese, where she states that living a life of love is through spreading joy and peace.
A little while ago, my friend helped me with some branding. She asked me a question I hadn't thought of much before. She asked me, "What do you want your clients to feel when/after working with you?" I thought about it for a moment, but it didn't take long to reply with, "I want them to feel joy and peace."
That is my aim, not only through working with me in my photography, but with everyone I meet. I will aim to live St. Therese's sweet words every day, and try my best to spread joy and peace to those, so that they may come to know the ultimate love.

Mr. and Mrs. Black ❤️
On the feast of the Nativity of John the Baptist, Brooke and Garrett became husband and wife. From the moment I met them on our consult call, I knew these two were so special and that their wedding would be absolutely beautiful. We instantly connected and I felt like I was talking to friends! I was overjoyed when, after that call, Brooke told me how excited she was that I would be her photographer! Even more than that, I felt honored when Brooke told me in her initial inquiry: "When I was making the decision to convert to Catholicism my best friend shared your profile with me and I was so inspired!"
This day was filled with love, prayer, and joy! I truly am honored that Brooke and Garrett chose me to capture this beautiful day for them and come all the way to Seattle, WA to do so!

Mr. and Mrs. Anguiano ❤️
It was truly an honor and blessing to have met Renee and Vidal. These two have some of the kindest hearts and were so welcoming to me to Albuquerque.
Their wedding day was surrounded by beauty, family and friends who all had a common theme to describe Renee and Vidal. They all shared that this couple is full of kindness, always checking on others (even strangers) to see how they're really doing, and full of love for the Faith and trusting in God (even in the hard times). In my short time of meeting them, I saw this firsthand in the way they treated me. I am grateful to have met them ❤️

I use two words to describe my photography...
The first is romantic.
I love capturing all the romantic moments between the two of you. The sweet hugs and kisses, the fact that you feel so safe with eachother and so in love. I love it and want to capture it!
But the second word I use to describe my photography is the word authentic.
When you look back at your photos, I want you to see yourselves in them. Your genuine smile and genuine laughter. I want you to see the joy you feel when you're with eachother.
And, of course, I want to work with couples who truly value the sacrament that they're entering into, and want to honor God every step of the way.
That's why I love to capture romantic + authentic images for the couple who puts their Faith First.

My biggest piece of advice as you prepare for marriage...
Keep God close.
I don't know if any of you are familiar with the marriage triangle. It's an image of a triangle, where the two bottom points are labeled "husband" and then "wife", with the top point of the triangle labeled "God".
The marriage triangle is a good visual that the closer you are to God, the closer you will be to eachother.
I can tell you that is SO true.
During any hardships or crosses you face during engagement/marriage, there will be times when you are faced with a decision: turn away from God, or run towards Him.
It will be hard. Sometimes, the last thing you'll want to do is to pray or to trust in Him.
But keeping God close will not only strengthen your marriage, but will help you together on your path towards heaven.
So, my encouragement is this: Keep God close. Pray together every day. Pray for eachother. Offer sacrifices for eachother. Ask for God's will to be done in all things. Stand strong against the world, the flesh, + the devil.
It won't always be easy, but it will always be worth it to walk hand-in-hand with God and with eachother. ❤️
