Full-volume belly laughs.
Purple socks mid-slide.
Tiny hands white-knuckling a plastic car like she’s late for a very important board meeting.
Big sister holding her like she invented love itself.

This wasn’t a “stand still and smile” kind of day.
This was a “sprint across the yard, leaves in your hair, sun in your eyes, try to keep up” kind of day.

And honestly?
That’s our favorite.

Because this is the good stuff.
The scrunched-nose giggles.
The slightly feral toddler energy.
The proud big-sister squeezes.

We don’t take lightly what it means to freeze this season. The chipped play car. The backyard slide. The way their laughter echoes off brick and trees like it plans to live there forever.
