Everything is energy.
And you come to earth to learn how to manipulate that.

How you move. Learning to trust yourself. How to feel. Without overthinking, performance or limitations.

It’s about allowing yourself to feel. Is it easy? No. But practice and pushing through that fear makes it easier over time.

Thanks for sharing your magic, Ale.✨

Many women come into my bo***ir studio telling me, “I’m awkward in front of the camera.”

The truth is—you’re not awkward. We’ve just been conditioned by society (and social media) to believe there’s only one “right” way to pose or move.

But movement isn’t awkward—it’s human. The way you shift, the way you breathe, the way your body naturally flows… that’s where the beauty lives.

We often think stillness is what makes a photograph strong.

But it’s the in-between—the blur, the shift, the sway—that reveals something truer.

In motion, the walls fall away. What’s left is you, unposed and fully present.

A daily reminder: Bo***ir has nothing to do with how much skin your bare or what type of lingerie wear. It’s more about how intimate a certain item makes you feel. How it helps you express your feminine side and sensu@lity. A piece that makes you tap into that side that can’t always be seen.

This queen knows.

From 🔥 to nurse/scrubs to mama of boys (not pictured).

This one is for all the mamas. Being a mom doesn’t mean you stop being “her”. You are not ‘too old’. Your time has not ‘passed’. You are still breathingtaking, powerful and still you. It’s never too late to express your sensuality. It’s never too late to do something that’s just for you.

What you need is to want and believe that you can. Even if it feels intimidating. You’ll be in good hands (at least with me you will).

…and just like that, she stopped holding back. Stopped making herself small. She embraced her feminine sensuality with both strength and softness.

Such an honor to photograph this woman. Here’s to more of you in my studio this 2025 year.

The fall season is always about the cozy vibes.

Cozy is this season’s word. Cozy on the floor, the couch, a hammock somewhere or whatever the body craves. Most importantly, cozy in the comfort of my own skin. Drenched in the golden glowy sunlight. Feeling that fresh crisp air against my skin while bundling in a soft warm blanket.

It’s the best season to ease into yourself, and into your body. Especially after being out and about all summer long.

Breathe and remember to caress your skin.

At some point, we were taught that touching our own skin was something to be s3xualized—our own gentle caress became uncomfortable or even ‘weird.’ Maybe someone once told us it was silly, or like many women, we were never taught to prioritize our own sense of touch. Instead, touch became something reserved for a significant other.

Most of the women I work with, often experience the power of their own touch for the first time. At first, there might be nervous laughter, but with a little guidance, they start to reconnect with their bodies.

What unfolds is beautiful: a release, a somatic awakening, a moment where they embrace their skin and realize that their bodies are truly their own. It’s a reminder that the love and comfort we seek can be found within us. This is just one of the many reasons why bo***ir can be such a transformative experience.

Monday motivation: remember to love every single part of yourself. At the same time, treat yourself with the same tenderness and patience that a child needs.

Client: “I can’t believe that’s me. It was all what I expected and more. Trust me, this has made me see myself in a different light.”

The way we view ourselves is influenced by others opinion. Society, friends, men, and by important women in our life. When entering a new space, alone, it can feel both scary and exciting. At the same time, there is something that happens when you clear all the outside noise, and sit in a space where all parts of you are accepted.

It’s liberating. It’s scary, yes. But so damn worth it.
