Today we celebrate the birth of our first child, who rocketed us into parenthood as only he could and now stands taller than his father and is headed off to high school this Fall.
Fourteen years ago today, he decided it was time to be born at just 27 weeks 1 day gestation on a hot summer morning in our bathroom. After this happened, it was a whirlwind of ambulances, EMTs, ERs, doctors, nurses, tests, specialists, and NICUs. And so much pumping.
I photographed him every day of his 80 days in the NICU. It was then that I knew how important being a family and baby photographer truly was. The moments captured for families are a responsibility I don't take for granted.

Model Call!

Looking for two families with young children for a free outdoor Family Session atop the summit of Mount Greylock in Lanesborough, MA. Session will be scheduled for late afternoon/evening in mid-July, with the exact date depending on the weather.
