It’s not only Friday, but it’s Wine o’clock. Stop in Burton’s on the Green Bar and enjoy a $5 glass or $10 bottle of selected wine all weekend. Drink specials and $3 cans of selected beer will be available as well as homemade soup and pizza. Bar hours are 11-7pm on Friday and Saturday, 11-5pm on Sunday. Cheers!🍷

NOTE: Burton’s on the Green restaurant will reopen for breakfast, lunch and dinner in only two weeks on Friday, November 24.

Tyler arrived on my doorstep....well kinda, from Iowa, and we fortunately hit some great weather. We had to get up really early to take advantage of the morning sun out at the harbor, and I am so happy we did. Fun to put such a handsome guy into the beautiful "postcard" that we call home. Thank you Kelly and Jim for bringing him to me. Meant a lot .

I had never met Eldin and quite frankly that is usually an uncomfortable position. Well not only had fun touring the Door County peninsula, but had a great time taking his senior pictures. Super nice guy, with killer dimples. Sorry Eldin, had to do it. LOL

Well Mr. Thurman has a big birthday coming up. He's turning 3. Mom made an appointment at the PUPPY PARLOR for a hair cut so we did a before and after sitting. He is so cute either way!
If you are ever over in Ontonagon, you may even see Thurman drifting along the Lake Superior shores in his own kayak!

I'm sure that this in going on in a lot of families at this time of year, but how does it happen? That you go from the darling little girls to total knock out young ladies! This one is so special. We've known her since day one, and all I can say is watch out world. Here comes Em!
