An update for Fall sessions and beyond🤎
My weekends are fully booked through October.
I WILL be offering a couple of special dates:
🌸 Flower Minis in September
** (just waiting on a few more blooms)
🍂 Outdoor Fall Minis in October
** (I’ll release these as soon as I can but will likely not be until mid September)
I have tried my best to inform all my upcoming clients (and thank you so much to those of you that offered grace and flexibility) but here is the update that will affect sessions for the next 6months to a year.
Our son’s bone marrow transplant is beginning to fail, and we are now starting the process for another transplant. That means a lot of travel out of state, appointments, testing, and uncertainty as we figure out what the next several months will look like. Because of that, my availability is going to be drastically limited.
As I’ve shared before, his first transplant and the long isolation that came with it are actually what led me to photography in the first place. I wanted to photograph his every day and I had the time to really learn how to use my camera. It eventually grew into this business that I genuinely love.
While, this season may look different, photography is still my job, I love what I do, and it is an important part of how I make money for our family. So please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are unsure about my availability! Things can change quickly as we learn more about the upcoming transplant timeline, and I would much rather have you ask than assume I’m unavailable.
And if I can't fit you in, I have some wonderful photographer friends who have generously offered to help! Amy Os Photos, Chantell Benedict Photography , and Marilyn Miller Photography all know what is going on with our family and have graciously agreed to let me send people their way this fall. 🤎
Thank you for continuing to support my photography business, for trusting me with your memories, and for giving me the flexibility and grace to navigate a really big season for our family. It means more than you know.
