In-home sessions will always have my heart. 🖤
I’m SO excited for the in-home sessions I have coming up & I hope to do a lot more of them this winter!

You don’t have to have a newborn to do an at home session! They are good for families in all seasons of life.

There is no packing everyone into the car, rushing out the door, or trying to get the kids to cooperate somewhere unfamiliar.
Your home is already where you belong. It’s where your kids feel most comfortable, where their personalities shine, and where the magic of your everyday life happens.
But more than that, your home tells a story, too.

The couch where everyone piles together for movie nights. The tiny handprints on the windows, the favorite stuffed animal that never leaves their side, the way the afternoon light pours through your kitchen windows. The little details you might not even notice anymore because they’re just part of your everyday.

One day, those details will change.

And I want you to have photographs that bring you back to this season. Not just what your family looked like, but what life FELT like right now.

In-home sessions don’t require a perfectly styled house or a picture-perfect day. They’re about connection, comfort, and capturing your family in the place where so much of your story unfolds.
So if you’ve been thinking about family photos this winter, consider staying home. Let the kids play, snuggle up on your bed, bake cookies in the kitchen, or just be together.

If I could go back and do my senior session at a place I loved/ spent a lot of time? It definitely would have been a scrapbooking store or an ice cream shoppe. These days it would be a book store or a coffee shop! What about you, where would your pictures be now or then?
