This is a really emotional post for me to make…
I have had the distinct honor of photographing soooo many incredible people over the past 15 years and each of these images above shows a beautiful person that is no longer with us 🥹
One thing I promise when you hire me is that I intentionally seek out moments to capture the important people in your life so that you have meaningful photos of them to look back on no matter what the future holds! I especially focus on grandparents and parents because they are irreplaceable but having a special picture of them to hold close to your heart can mean everything!
I know from my own experience and from walking through grief with my clients that nothing makes you realize how important pictures are until you lose someone…this isn’t meant to be a post that makes everyone sad (even though I am crying making it) but a reminder not to wait-capture the moments in your life, get in photos no matter what you are feeling like that day, be intentional-you won’t regret it! 💕
