We offer a wide range of aerial photography and aerial videography to meet the needs of the customer. Aerial photography for homes or properties is conducted per house/property with varying prices depending on size and location. Roof flyovers/inspections come at a cheaper cost but are only offered in the Binghamton area. The cost of aerial photography and videography of the land depends on land si
ze and location. Mapping of land comes at a higher cost as it requires expensive software with pricing also depending on land size and location. I am also available for any other aerial photography services needed such as film projects or general photography and and can often be flexible with my time and pricing depending on the service in question. When trying to schedule a time for any of these services be sure to keep in weather in mind as a nice sunny day is optimal for photos whereas a windy rainy day makes it impossible for any pictures to be taken. It is important to note that due to FAA guidelines I can not be asked to operate my drone in unsafe manors. This would include: flying over any individual or car, flying in unsafe visual conditions, flying above 400 ft, flying without a visual line of site of the drone (binoculars or other visual aids can't be used), flying in restricted airspaces, flying near manned aircrafts, flying another drone that is unregistered, and flying while filming those who did not give permission to be filmed. Other conditions that limit safe flying would include harsh weather such as rain, hail, sleet, heavy snow, or winds exceeding 20 mph.
