A year in 60 seconds. I want to thank all the wonderful couples and families that trusted me to interpret their memories. And all the amazing vendors including Mammoth Weddings, Convict Lake Weddings, Rock Creek Lodge, Cardinal Village Resort, Laws Railroad Museum & Historical Site, Green Fox Events, Rummage Girl Weddings, and many more. And let's not forget the Eastern Sierra that provided all the stunning backdrops and weather. Couldn't do it without you.

One of the many reasons I require casual/engagement session in my package is to get the distinct feeling the wedding will be epic. But this one will be off the charts. Kinda like the El Ninio headed our way in the fall.

What an amazing, unforgettable year it's been. So grateful to all the couples, families, vendors, and venues. Here's a few snaps from the year past.

PhotoFilm from Irene and Adam's wedding last weekend. What a fine day that was. Come for the wedding; stay for the dogtography. Their dog Luci was an absolute pro.

Love playing around with Final Cut Pro to make PhotoFilms, a story in stills with music and sound of a whole wedding. This latest comes from the amazing wedding of Kristine and Wade at Forest Chapel and Parallax at McCoy Station. Thanks to Natalie Mammoth Mountain Wedding, DJ Channa De Silva, Impulsive Flowers, and all the friendly gondola operators who helped get my gear on and off.

I've been known to dabble in bo***ir photography. It's a tricky line to thread between classy and trashy. When in doubt, I always go for the arm languishing over a rock and the naughty bits in soft focus.

Couple of months ago I was given the task to make portraits of the honorable Inyo County Supervisors in their respective districts in this beautiful, diverse landscape they represent.

A mere one and a half years separate these two pictures. Life is grand, grander then we'll ever know.

This New Years we may find ourselves celebrating the end of 2020 more than the coming new year itself. What could go wrong did so with a gusto not seen in most of our lifetimes.

Yet despite the overall bleakness of 2020, love, friendship, and all that is good about the human spirit prevailed. I was honored to document it, and making pictures of lovely couples and families helped keep my sanity.

So happy New Year! Much thanks to all the people who trusted me to portray their momentous moments, their hopes, and their intrepid souls. Three cheers to what followed the Black Plague—the Renaissance, and the 1918 Pandemic—the Roaring 20’s. We may be in for some much deserved good times.
