Fall Session Announcement
October 25th I’m going to be hosting Mini Sessions at Asheville Botanical gardens
First call to book- people that have gift cards for this year you can use them for this or Christmas!

Other than mini sessions and gift card clients I only have about 2 days left for October sessions so message me if you wanted to book a full session.

My annual FREE back to school pictures 🍎

Meadowbrook Free Will Baptist Church in Black Mountain will have their annual back to school bash this Saturday (August 15th) from 4-6pm for everyone in the community!

There will be a hairdresser, possibly two doing haircuts,  a bouncy house, waterslide, food, back to school supplies, and I will be doing free back to school pictures for the community.

There’s usually not a line at all there might be a couple people in front of you, but I’m really fast!  Last year I think I had between 40 and 50 kids get their pictures made.  I’m not limiting this to just school students if you have a baby or a toddler that you just want to scoot over from the props and just get their photo in the grass that’s fine too.  When you arrive, you’ll see me taking pictures from the parking lot and we have someone with a form with your email and number on it and you’ll get a link emailed with all the photos.  Feel free to bring your child’s backpack for a prop. Can’t wait to see you there!

Ben had just walked in the door and took this video. When I had 3,4, even 5 kids I would just edit at night when they went to sleep. Now with 6 I can barely keep my eyes open once they go to sleep, I’m so tired 😂
My business looks a little different in this season of my life. I don’t race to comment my name on people looking for photographers anymore, and I don’t sweat it if someone ghosts me. My regular clients and people that seek me out keep me busy enough.
I do have a few things I’m planning that I’m excited to share in the upcoming weeks! I’m going to be doing some mini sessions at a sunflower field. If you’re interested in one of those message me, I know some of you still have gift cards to use. I’ll also be doing back-to-school pictures/low cost child portraits. You guys know I also do them free for my church back to school bash- that will be August 15th at Meadowbrook Church in Black Mountain, open to the whole community.

My girls!

A month and a half ago we welcomed our 6th daughter to the family. I haven't been shooting much lately as the girls have my time pretty covered. I do miss shooting though so I dusted off my camera yesterday to take some photos of the girls playing.
The next Mini Sessions I will be doing will be when my flowers come up, probably sometime late July.
