Please Read Carefully Before Accepting to Avoid Any Miscommunication ! Payments: All payments are Final. Non-Refundable deposits whether its 50% or 100% are required upon booking. If session is cancelled nonrefundable deposits will not be returned. If made a 50% deposit the other half is required to be payed at the time of the scheduled session, if failed to do so your photos or deposit will not be returned. Late/Reschedule Policy : If Client is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled session a $15 fee is added to your final total. After 30 minutes late your session will be automatically cancelled unless discussed beforehand. If needed to reschedule please reschedule at lease 8-14 days before your scheduled session. If waited until the week of, I may not be able to reschedule your session. A Rescheduling fee of $25 will be required! No Calls, No shows will lose your sessions with no ability to reschedule. I cannot accept Same day Reschedules due to shared space, deposits will not be returned. If Weather is a obstacle, we will reschedule free of charge. if booked a studio session due to shared space is not confirmed until I have confirmed the time with you, time subjected to change. Photos are selected by client and Edited by me personally. Clients understand Lighting and Photos on camera may not turn out during editing process. Studio : Guests not included in the intake form may have to quietly wait in a waiting area outside of the studio unless guests included is an Parent/Guardian with a minor. Guests who joins for support is included with the max. capacity and may require a fee. Please Keep in mind the studio is surrounded by other small businesses, Proper Volume is ideal ! Glitter is not allowed. Please keep in mind the time requested includes set up and clean up. Please come Ready Minor Fixes are acceptable. Unedited Images are kept up to 1-3 months ! How long should I Expect to Receive my photos? Delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, but 10-15 days is the standard. Of course, I always do my best to deliver your photos to you as soon as possible
HELPP !! Im not photogenic! Believe it or not, pretty much EVERYONE tells me this before their session, and it never turns out to be true! I love coaching my clients through having their photos taken, and I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve to make you look fabulous! When you’re having a great time, you’ll look more beautiful than you thought was possible. I promise! Do you provide Hair/Makeup? While I don’t work directly with a hair/makeup artist, I’m happy to provide a list of recommendations upon request. Please be sure to allow plenty of extra time in case your appointment runs longer than expected
I booked an outdoor session what happens if weather is a issue? I keep a number of backup dates open each month in case of bad weather, and there’s no fee to reschedule to a new date if it’s Raining/Snowing/Freezing
Can I View My photos during our session? I rarely show previews during the session — not because I’m trying to keep a secret or because you look bad, but because I’m trying to keep the energy up and help you stay focused and positive. I’ve found that if we stop too often to review images, it’s easy to get caught up in what you “should” look like, and you’ll start looking tense. I know it takes a lot to trust a stranger with something as personal as portraits, but I promise that I will go above and beyond to make sure you love how you look in your images!
