A little introduction to MFP friends new and old!

I’m Mia Freeman, a twenty-something part-time photographer and full-time cat mom.

I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, and photography became my way of capturing life’s most meaningful moments. Inspired by the rich textures and nostalgia of film, I use digital to create images that feel timeless, cinematic, and real. Whether it’s a fleeting glance, golden-hour glow, or the perfect candid, I love preserving the in-between moments—the ones that feel like a memory even before they pass.

I value authenticity, elegance, and effortless beauty in my work. To me, the best photos aren’t just visually striking; they hold emotion, movement, and a little bit of magic.

A little more about me:
✨ I love to travel—There’s nothing better than stepping into a new place seeing where the day takes you. Whether it’s getting lost in some tiny side street, finding the best meal of my life at a random hole-in-the-wall, or just soaking in the energy of a new city, I love the feeling of adventure. Travel keeps me inspired, and I’ll take any excuse to book a flight… extra points if it’s for photography!

🌍 I love meeting new people—Everyone has a story, and I love getting to know what makes people light up. The best conversations happen when you’re least expecting them, and I think there’s something really special about those little moments of connection. Whether it’s chatting with a stranger while traveling or capturing someone’s energy through my camera, I’m always drawn to people and the stories they have to share.
