Wanna know one of my favorite things about Elias and Jenn’s wedding day?

You probably already know the answer: them & their love.

From the moment I arrived, I found myself constantly catching little moments between the two of them. The first was a quiet prayer and kiss shared before they even got dressed. Nothing planned, just a sweet moment together to ease the nerves.

And it didn’t stop there.

Throughout the day, they kept finding their way back to each other. A glance across the room, a quick kiss, a hand reached for without thinking.

It was such a joy to witness and an honor to capture.

For someone who owns many cameras, I have surprisingly few photos of myself. 😅

So here’s your annual Lauren sighting.

Wedding photographer. Wife. Boy mom. Growing baby #2. Professional third-wheel. Part-time film hoarder. Full-time sentimentalist.

Some days I’m behind the camera documenting everyone else’s lives while most days I am trying my best to be present in my own. Lately that’s looked like chasing around a toddler, reheating the same cup of tea three times, and squeezing in editing during nap time.

This season feels full in all the best ways. A little chaotic, so so beautiful, and a constant reminder of God’s goodness. I’m grateful for this family, this business, and all the people who trust me to document such meaningful parts of their lives. 🥲
