Whose idea was it that you weren't good enough?
It certainly didn't come from you.
Maybe it was your home life as a child. Maybe it was school, a teacher, a playground bully. Maybe it was at church. Maybe it was a partner. Maybe you got yelled at just for existing by people who didn't know how to regulate their emotions.
Maybe it was society. The world that makes money by making you feel inadequate. The world that says you're too big, too small, too tall, too loud, too shy, too pale, too dark, too giggly, too angry, too smart, too stupid, too fast, too slow, too hungry, too happy, too eager, too ambitious, too much.
Too much.
TOO. MUCH.

*breathe out*
Does the rose get shamed for blooming?
Are the trees afraid to grow?
Is the sun afraid to shine?
You, too, are worthy of being seen in this way.
You, too, are worthy of blooming.
If there is one thing I can give you today, it's a moment of deepened belief in yourself.
And may this moment multiply.
You. Are. Worthy.
You deserve to be seen.
