Hey guys, it definitely has been awhile since I’ve posted on here but I do have an update I wanted to share with everyone.
I have decided to put a pause on my photography business for the time being. I’m unsure when I’ll be back or if I’ll be back to doing photography as a business. Right now, I’m praying and waiting on the Lord to show me what path he wants me on in life. If he wants me doing photography then I’ll definitely be back, but for now I’m in a waiting period to see where he wants me to be.
I’m going to be completely transparent and say more money is coming out to pay for my website than income is coming in. This isn’t just a spur of the moment decision as I’ve been thinking and praying on this for months now. I understand times are hard for everyone (and we all know it won’t be getting any easier) and booking a photographer isn’t always the top priority for most people. Business has slowed down a lot so I feel it’s a good time to put a pause on my business.
With that being said, if you have booked with me in the past, all galleries are still up and can be downloaded. I encourage you to go download all of your wanted photos if you haven’t already. Each collection has their own download code so if there’s anything you want downloaded, please message me the collection you are wanting to download so I am able to give you the download code. Here is my website: https://daniellereneasphotography.mypixieset.com/
I am working on finding an affordable way to get physical copies of each collection (i.e. dvd, flash drive, etc.) downloaded so I can get them to each of my former clients. I do not want to cancel my website subscription until everyone has their photos in a physical copy form. However, I’m hoping to cancel within the next month.
In the meantime, I may post for funsies and as a hobby in the future.. but for now, Danielle Renea’s Photography will be paused as a business. Thank you for all of the love and support up until this point. I appreciate it more than everyone knows ❤️
Also, I couldn’t have done half of my sessions without my best friend and assistant, Alia Smith-Main. We have both talked about this for the last couple of months and I know it’s hard for her to see the business on pause too. I’m just grateful she understands it needs to be done for now.
