The day after our wedding, I remember asking Michael if he wanted to move to Florida and photograph weddings with me. 10 years later, I still can’t believe this is our life. This has been a dream of mine since I first picked up a camera in high school and I still can’t believe I get to capture some of the most meaningful moments for a living.
We’re a married photography team specializing in multi-day celebrations in Long Boat Key, Boca Grande, Sarasota, Naples and beyond, creating an experience that allows our couples to fully enjoy each moment.
The calming presence of our wedding photographer during a tropical storm inspired me to start our own photography business. Our main goal throughout a wedding day is to remind our couples to live in the moment, a lesson we learned from our own wedding. I’ve learned to constantly watch for the in-between moments. When the bride and groom are holding each other tight or when a mother is lovingly looking at her daughter during bridal portraits. Sometimes the most treasured moments are the ones unseen by everyone except my camera lens.
We work really well together as a team. Michael is the associate at every wedding, while I am the lead photographer for the entire experience. On wedding days, you can find him discovering secondary perspectives, often creating some of the most unique images in the gallery. His calm presence, organization and creative eye never go unnoticed.
I love the positivity he brings to each day and it’s not lost on me how lucky I am that we get to do this together. 🥰
When we aren’t traveling to photograph, you can find us at the beach with our dog, Steel, or spending time with our family, who we consider our best friends.
