So now that you’ve met Dakota, now it’s time you meet my special boy Tobi! 🐾 AKA Smush, T-Toe, Tobi Toes!

Pretty sure he’s locked onto some ducks in the distance in this picture. Tobi enjoys playing with balloons that have long strings, watching our gerbils for hours, and jumping in the shower when you’re in it.

Meet one of my best friends in the whole world! Dakota 🐾 AKA: D-bear, Koda Girl, and Tub Tubs. She’s my sidekick in life and my partner in crime. This was taken during our camping trip. She LOVES camping, long walks along the river, and rolling in the sand.

Thought it would be appropriate to carry on with my bird shots. I thinks it’s funny, you know you’re getting more mature in life when you care more about birds, from my experience at least. The great thing about shooting birds is that it really does rely so much on the blessing of timing. You have to be in the right place at the right time, otherwise your chance is lost. This little beauty was on this branch for probably no more than 3 seconds, and that was my only chance. The beautiful array of colors in his feathers were just enough to make me take the risk of following him around for a few minutes for that perfect shot.
