Let’s create some one light drama with the Ice Light 3 by Westcott Lighting 😮‍💨

Super simple to recreate and to bring some drama to your photos? Here’s how:

1. Set your picture profile or creative look in camera to black & white
2. Turn off all ambient light around you to remove all the extra light spill
3. Place the Ice Light 3 as close to the model as possible to create harsh contrasting light - use the shutters to focus your light into a narrow streak for more drama
4. Move the light around your model to play with placement and see where the light lands until you find the spot you like

Here’s what I used:
Camera Sony | Alpha 7RV
Lens Tamron Lenses 20mm and the 35-150mm

We experimented with lights and smoke, …and a bit more Adobe Photoshop skin edits to create a hyper realistic character with Dreadful Studios

Using two gridded rim lights, using blue and purple gels, key light beauty dish gridded, and a small light behind the model.
