If you’ve been feeling fried, overwhelmed or like your nervous system needs a hug… same.

The world has been loud lately. On Feb 2nd, the day after the full moon, we’re opening The Altar House from 7-8pm for a sound bath + collective exhale.

Just rest, sound, and a chance to reset your energy. Come lay down. Breathe. Let the world be loud somewhere else 🌕🕯️

Bring your own blankets and cozy comforts, we’ll provide a candle-lit setting for you to fully settle in.
